F W O Internship -- Part 3

The third and fourth weeks is much better than the first two weeks. Because the first two weeks, everything for me was new. I had to used more time to figure it out, and I had a lot of homework to do everyday that made me felt tire. But now everything I learn by heart, became much easier, and I had time to do my homework.

Four week of internship-- part 2

The name of the neighborhood that my site is located in: 2601 Ocean Parkway Brooklyn, NY, 11235. Its not far from school, is about 15 minute bus. I'm work for four days a week, Monday to Thursday, everyday I leave school about 11:45, and arrived at home about 4:30. And everyday that's an officer who work in voluteer office sign my time card for me.

Four Week into Internship

The full name of my internship site is Coney Island Hospital. I work in pediatric department, which provide health care for the kids. My tasks that I do regularly in my internship is to make phone call to confirm the patient, help my supervise to make appointment and count the sheet that the the doctor have an comment. The memorable moment of my first three week is my advisor Ms Ariel went to visit me. Something that I really enjoy about my internship is when I saw the innocent kids play around. And the most challenging part is to read the patients' name.

Three questions I have in my internship so far:
There are not enough work for me to do
and I still had to share the work with other volunteer.
Everyday I have to do same thing that's a little bit bored.
I want to learn something new.

I'm working in pediatric department in Coney Island Hospital. My typical job is make phone call to confirm the patients. I had to read a lot of different names, also that's the most challenge part I had so far. I had to asked a lot, my suppervise were so busy, but they still so nice to taught me. That's totally different of my first thought arrived there-- nervous and afraid they could hard to work with. Now I'm so happy to work with them. I set a goal for internship was to explore something I really interensted in and hopefully that will be my future career.
